  Was in with my daughter to use a $10.00 bonus card that was expiring and was informed by the server it had already been used. They usually keep the card after it has been used, so do not understand why I would have it if it had already been used. Felt kind of fishy to me.

  . This was the first and last time I will ever eat at Applebee's.i ordered the Thai shrimp. BAD choice....... There were some large green beans in the salad.they tasted like kindergarten paste. I could not eat the rest. Fortunately I ate the shrimp and soup first. After complaining about the beans I was given 2 dollars off my meal.

  My husband and I were there the other night and I will speak of that visit only.
  Excellent!
  I believe the credit goes to our wonderfully attentive server, Chantal (I hope I spelled that correctly)
  The food was great, hot & fresh. Chantal constantly made herself avaliable for any needs we had. One of our best experiences there. = )

  Service was BEYOND slow. There appeared to be only 3 servers in a full restaurant, and both the manager and hostess seemed to be allergic to clearing tables. No hustle at all. We were seated at an unwiped crumby table that still had the signed credit card receipt on it. We were seated for 17 minutes before our drink order was even taken, and the poor table that was already seated across from us ordered before we did, but didn't even get their food until we finished eating ours. Basically don't arrive hungry or on a time table!
